# Upgrade a Team

UniDeck Teams can be upgraded to unlock premium collaboration features that boost productivity across your organization. Upgrading a team gives every member access to advanced tools and shared resources, all managed under one plan.

### Accessing the Upgrade Options

To upgrade a team:

1. Click on your **profile icon** in the bottom-right of the control bar.
2. Under the **Teams** section, you'll see all your active teams.
3. Click the **gear icon** next to the team name to open the **Team Management Modal**.
4. Select the **Billing** tab at the top.

### Understanding the Billing Tab

The **Billing** section provides a detailed view of your team’s subscription plan and pricing structure.

#### If You're Not Yet Subscribed

You’ll see:

* **Pricing per team member** (e.g., €8.33/month billed annually)
* A **team member count selector** to preview your cost
* A list of **Premium Benefits** you unlock by upgrading, including:
  * Unlimited Shared Profiles
  * Premium Widgets
  * Priority Support
  * Advanced Analytics
* A **toggle** to switch between monthly and yearly billing (yearly includes a discount)
* A **"Upgrade to Premium"** button

### Managing an Active Team Subscription

If your team is already on a Premium plan, you’ll see:

* Your **current billing amount and term**
* **Next billing date**
* **Seat usage** and visual seat tracker
* A button to **Manage Team Members**, where you can add/remove members
* Access to billing management tools:
  * **Update Payment**
  * **Change Plan**
  * **Cancel Subscription**

### Pricing Model

Pricing is based on the number of **active seats** in your team.

* Add more team members to increase your team's access, your billing total updates accordingly.
* Remove members to reduce your seat usage and future billing.
